Overview
Kinderarzt NEST is a modern private paediatric practice with several locations in Vienna, providing all-round care for children and adolescents. The digital presence has to do two things at once: build trust instantly and guide parents to the right information fast — with the warmth of a children’s practice, but without feeling childish.

The challenge
Several locations, many services and two very different audiences — parents and young patients — under one roof. Clear, trust-building and without overwhelming parents who are already in a tense situation.
Custom design, not a clinic template
Fully custom: friendly organic shapes, clean typography and a calm colour world that radiates safety. No stock look — a distinct visual language in which families instantly feel cared for.
Considered UI/UX
The information architecture takes parents to location, service and contact in at most two clicks. Everything is mobile-first, because most parents search for a paediatrician on their phone — often exactly when it needs to be fast.
